Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Clinical Team Lead. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their leadership skills and make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level role that involves providing clinical leadership to the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the manager in the daily operations of the clinic, including quality improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinical leadership and guidance to team members
  • Coordinating discharges and managing caseloads
  • Chairing meetings and facilitating collaboration among team members
  • Providing high-quality patient care and support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. nursing, occupational therapy, psychology)
  • Current registration with AHPRA or equivalent
  • Excellent clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
