Care is seeking an accomplished Veterinary Manager to lead our ECC department. As a frontline leader and manager, this role combines clinical responsibilities with management of the ECC team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the administration and management of the ECC department.
- Develop and support the ECC team, including roster and leave management.
- Liaise with clients, veterinarians, and staff; perform clinical duties as part of a 50/50 role.
- Facilitate and maintain high standards of ECC care and contribute to all aspects of ECC workflow.
- Veterinary degree registrable in Victoria.
- Proven history of leading veterinary teams in a senior capacity.
- Competence with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Commitment to being a team player, good communicator, and contributing to a positive workplace environment.
