Aged Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Support Officer to join our team in the Gold Coast region. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership and support to ensure compliance with Commonwealth and State legislation, standards, regulations, and guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical understanding and qualification as a Registered Nurse, with experience in Aged Care. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a proven decision-maker with a strong work ethic, and be results-driven and focused.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and support to ensure compliance objectives are achieved. They will also develop positive relationships to influence and negotiate change, and liaise with Government departments and their representatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Aged Care Act Compliance
- Clinical Understanding and Qualification as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in Aged Care
- Highly Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven Ability to Develop Positive Relationships
- Pragmatic and Logical Approach
- Well-Developed Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Proven Decision-Maker with Strong Work Ethic
- Results-Driven and Focused
- Liaising with Government Departments
