About the position:
Make a meaningful difference in people's lives with an esteemed organisation that provides Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) services nationwide. We're seeking like-minded professionals to join our team.
In this role, you will deliver coaching and counselling support to help individuals manage their work, health, and life journey using a client-centred model of care and brief therapy. You'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact, access contemporary professional development opportunities, and engage in diverse and interesting work that has a real effect.
- Deliver clinically validated support across a wide range of issues
- Identify workplace challenges and communicate them effectively with relevant stakeholders
- Upsell and cross-sell EAP services to organisational customers
- Qualifications in Psychology or Social Work with current registration and accreditation
- Brief therapy solution-focused intervention skills
- Critical incident experience is desirable, as is experience in workplace intervention strategies
