About the Role
At our organization, we deliver services that make a real difference in people's lives. We are seeking a qualified clinical professional to join our team as an EAP Clinician.
In this role, you will deliver coaching and counseling support to help individuals manage their work, health, and life journey using a client-centered model of care and brief therapy.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualifications in Psychology or Social Work with current registration and accreditation
- Brief therapy solution-focused intervention skills
- Critical incident experience is desirable, as is experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, and workplace behavior coaching
- The ability to identify workplace issues and communicate these appropriately with stakeholders
- Ability to identify opportunities for upselling and on-selling EAP services to organisational customers
