About this role
Are you passionate about helping others make a positive change in their lives?
We're looking for a skilled and empathetic professional to join our team as an EAP Clinician.
In this role, you will be delivering coaching and counselling support to help individuals manage their work, health, and life journey.
You will use a client-centred model of care and brief therapy to deliver clinically validated support across a wide range of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coaching and counselling support to individuals
- Use a client-centred model of care and brief therapy
- Identify workplace issues and communicate with relevant stakeholders
- Upsell and onboard EAP services to organisational customers
Requirements:
- Qualifications in Psychology or Social Work with current registration and accreditation
- Brief therapy solution-focused intervention skills
- Critical incident experience is desirable, as is experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, and workplace behaviour coaching
