We are seeking an experienced and passionate retail leader with a love for all things footwear to drive sales in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Help support the store team in achieving sales budgets and KPIs
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences
- Manage visual merchandising and stock levels
- Develop internal talent to support team growth
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador, embodying core values: passionate, collaborative & progressive.

About You:
- +1 year experience in a leadership role with a proven ability to drive sales and achieve goals
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead a team to reach their full potential
- Excellent communication skills and personal presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume sales environment
- Availability to work on a full-time basis
