Footwear Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive sales, develop people, and empower a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in our Sydney and QLD footwear team.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales Performance: Reach key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure staff is aware and trained on the importance of store goals and how to achieve them.
- Roster Management: Prepare monthly rosters costed to meet store targets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Manage escalated store or customer complaints if required, ensuring they're dealt with promptly and professionally.
- Talent Development: Nurturing the growth and development of direct reports to create a talent pipeline within our retail network.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Area Manager in fashion apparel or footwear business.
- The ability to independently travel as required to stores and the Support Office.
- Strong financial acumen, communication skills, and ability to coach/influence.
- People-focused and motivational leadership qualities.
