About the Role- This is a full-time opportunity requiring a confident decision-maker who can work independently under general direction and respond to after-hours incidents if required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing schedules and reviewing preventative maintenance functions using computerised systems, while also coordinating contractors and managing maintenance issues.
This role involves delivering Institute support services in a facilities context, ensuring high-quality learning and working environments are maintained.
We require the successful candidate to undergo Audiometric testing prior to commencement and testing every two years thereafter.
We pride ourselves on being a Child Safe organisation and require the successful candidate to submit an appropriate Working with Children Check card and National Police Check prior to commencement of employment.
