About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Communications Officer to join our team at Foundation For The Global Compact. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our organization's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and media
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a non-profit or corporate setting
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and stories
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or HubSpot
  • Experience with social media marketing and content creation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
