Lead Data Products and Business Warehouse Operations

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our data products and business warehouse operations.

  • Direct a high-performing technical team delivering data products, business warehouse solutions, and support services.
  • Oversee the design, delivery, and maintenance of scalable data solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Support the development of governance frameworks, warehouse operations, and product lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure fit-for-purpose technical designs and smooth integration.
  • Manage daily operations and project activities, acting as an escalation point and ensuring performance targets are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement, process efficiency, and adherence to quality, security, and change management standards.
About You
  • You're a strong leader with a deep understanding of data products and warehouse systems.
  • You bring 5+ years' experience working with data products in the energy, utilities, or mining sectors.
  • Familiarity with metering data, LiDAR, spatial data, SAP Analytics Cloud or Microsoft Power BI is an advantage.
  • You have proven ability to lead teams, prioritise competing demands, and deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
  • You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively.
  • You have a continuous learning mindset and passion for staying across data and industry trends.
  • You've worked in complex environments, with a strong understanding of governance, change management, and quality assurance practices.
