We are seeking an experienced Electrical Automation Business Development Manager to join our team at Engineering Networks Pty Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our portfolio of industrial automation solutions to customers in the Brisbane Metro and Bundaberg Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales action plans aligned with our state strategy.
  • Research and identify new prospects and sales opportunities, while developing and establishing key accounts.
  • Organize and plan face-to-face meetings with active/prospective customers.
  • Establish senior-level relationships with customers.
  • Follow a sales process to effectively qualify, develop, and close customer opportunities.
  • Collaborate with local and national teams to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Supply accurate information to the management team through our CRM.
Requirements
  • An electrical trade or engineering qualification is preferred, but not essential.
  • Solid sales experience coupled with an industrial automation background.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team, to learn, and to create solutions.
