- Facilitate payment collection and processing.
- Oversee billing and batching, including Medicare Online and DVA claims.
- Send reports using designated medical software.
- Coordinate Holter monitoring for patients.
- Proven experience in a medical receptionist or administrative role.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in Zedmed software is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team as well as independently.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
