About the Role

As a Senior Private Banker at ANZ, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing them with personalized banking and wealth solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing them with timely and efficient execution of banking and wealth solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with Specialists, Lending Team, and other Private Bank segments to fully meet client needs.
  • Ensure lending is suitable and compliant, and all decisions are communicated quickly.
  • Work with Private Bank Support, Lending, and other Specialists to execute effectively on client needs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a trusted relationship banker who is able to represent clients' interests and evolving needs.
  • Business development desire & capability that draws on a broad circle of influence & established stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong Credit experience (JCR & MCR) to deliver lending transactions & grow the balance sheet.
  • Knowledge of transactional banking, ANZ products, systems & processes.
  • Exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong focus on compliance, attention to detail & flawless execution is required.
  • Ability to proactively problem solve on behalf of clients & ANZ.
  • Collaborative & team-oriented mindset.
