Leadership and Management Role

The Clinical Manager plays a pivotal part in delivering clinical excellence, ensuring high-quality care provision and adherence to governance targets.

  1. Lead a multidisciplinary team or have extensive experience as a Senior Clinician providing clinical support, including coordination of care for individuals with complex needs.
  2. Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and practices with a deep understanding of mental health theory and its practical application.
  3. Maintain effective relationships with consumers, staff, clients, families & friends, and stakeholders through exceptional communication skills.
  4. Manage clinical governance, supervision, mentoring of staff, process development, and monitoring, data capture and reporting to meet key benchmarks.
  5. Utilize electronic client/customer management systems, workforce management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the site-based team.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement changes as necessary.

Requirements:

  • A mental health-related degree as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Nurse, OR a Mental Health Social Worker, with eligibility for related registration.
  • Current driver's license and eligibility to apply for/hold a Working With Children Check and NDIS worker screening.
