About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Support Worker to join our team at Pol Care- POLISH COMMUNITY CARE SERVICES INCORPORATED. As a Nursing Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and transportation
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
  • Monitor client safety and well-being, and report any concerns to the Care Service Manager
  • Participate in planning and implementing care plans with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Hold a relevant AQF Certificate III or equivalent, or higher qualification
  • Have 12 months of relevant work experience or part-time equivalence in lieu of the qualification
  • Be fluent in Polish language
  • Hold a current AFP check and driving license
  • Have a Statutory declaration re no criminal records in other countries of the residence
