Job Description

We provide support to individuals with disabilities who require assistance to achieve their goals and live independently in the community. Our services are highly personal, responsive, and tailored to meet individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support an individual's wellbeing in their home and community at all times.
  • Provide care and assistance to meet individual needs.
  • Coordinate and conduct programs/activities that support individuals in achieving their goals.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for daily activities within an individual's home and/or community.
  • Respect, protect, and promote human rights obligations.
Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 months paid experience in disability support
- Vaccinated (as per government regulations)
- Experience supporting individuals with mental health conditions
- Relevant qualification in disability or aged care
- Two professional reference checks
- Victorian Working with Children's Check and NDIS worker screening check
- Current police check and First Aid/CPR certification
