We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our kitchen and front of house teams at our Mexican restaurant in Wollongong.

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Highly accomplished hospitality skills
  • Confidence with full BOH abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment under pressure
  • Solid understanding of OH&S, food safety, liquor licensing, Fair Work and brand requirements
  • Kitchen experience in a restaurant or fast food setting
  • FoH position requires willingness to learn and develop, good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, takes pride in their venue and ensures space is always clean and well managed
