We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Customer Liaison team as an Intake Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of people with disabilities.
- Our ideal candidate will have the ability to implement a coordinated intake process that identifies customer support needs, instilling confidence in potential customers and stakeholders to choose us as their provider of choice.
- Responsibility includes providing exceptional customer service skills and well-developed written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate with people of different backgrounds and abilities.
- Previous experience in the not-for-profit and/or disability support sector is highly valued.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products and data management are essential for this role.
- Implement a coordinated intake process to identify customer support needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service skills and develop effective communication strategies.
- Communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Maintain accurate records and manage data efficiently using Microsoft Office products.
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 for living expenses and $2,650 for meals and entertainment.
- Five weeks of annual leave, two wellness days, plus an additional cultural leave day.
