Exceptional Customer Experience Manager

About The Role
  • Coordinate the allocation of staff to Public Event shift vacancies to ensure operational resource requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement rostering strategies for operational employees during major events, ensuring ongoing organisational resource requirements are met.
  • Ensure Public Event shift vacancies are filled in accordance with relevant Award provisions and policies.
  • Update and maintain data in Roster system to ensure staff rostering is accurately recorded and available for management reporting purposes.
  • Make informed decisions regarding resource utilisation and provide specialist advice within the parameters of established policies, procedures and Industrial Awards & Agreements.
About You
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of operational shift patterns and working environments.
  • Experience in interpreting and applying Award provisions as they relate to rostering and relevant Enterprise Agreements.
  • Expertise in scheduling in a shift work environment and sound knowledge of rostering systems and processes.
  • Experience using Rostering software.
  • Strategic planning and organising skills to enable the effective allocation of staff to shifts.
  • Well-developed decision making and problem solving skills to enable the identification of issues and determination of appropriate courses of action.
