Childhood Development Leader

Establish a thriving Early Childhood environment that fosters growth and development in children aged 0-5 years.
About This RoleThis position is responsible for leading and managing our Centre's operations, ensuring alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage Centre operations to achieve quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement high-quality programs and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain effective relationships with families, community members, and stakeholders.
- Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood).
- Proven experience working in an Early Childhood service, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.
