Product Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to support the development of innovative games.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and lead the success of our new Mobile Games.
  • Key responsibilities include building great games, driving product roadmaps, making data-informed decisions, generating game ideas, fostering collaboration, feature development, team leadership, and adapting to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Game Development: Work with cross-functional teams in developing new features from conception to launch and analyzing their impact in the casual mobile space.
  2. Product Roadmaps: Utilize real-time data, industry trends, and player feedback to craft product roadmaps. Supporting games from conception to market release – owning entire tracks and epics of the game business strategy, creating 3-6 month roadmaps and managing backlog prioritization.
  3. Data Analysis: Leverage analytics and insights from existing games to inform your choices, leading to the creation of engaging, intuitive, and accessible gaming experiences.
  4. Game Ideas: Assist in generating visions and ideas for a game, its market position, and features that are engaging and monetizable.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Art and Development teams, ensuring alignment on our shared vision.
  6. Team Leadership: Work with and inspire a team of overseas talent to develop our new games.

Requirements

  • A strong background in product management, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
