Product Visionary Leader

The Product Visionary Leader will be a creative and innovative design leader who is passionate about using game mechanics to build engaging digital experiences. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the vision for conversion-focused UX by combining game design with user-centric thinking.
  • Align design goals with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Design interactive user journeys using game-inspired elements like rewards and progression to enhance user engagement.
  • Develop playbooks to apply gamification across different industries, leveraging expertise in behavioral design and gamification.
  • Evaluate designs to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and optimal performance on all devices.
  • Stay up-to-date with gaming UX trends and bring innovative ideas into digital products.
  • Introduce new features such as dynamic feedback and personalized flows to elevate user experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in UX, game design, or digital product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in gaming or applying game mechanics to non-gaming products.
  • A track record of designing UX that improves conversion and engagement through data-driven insights.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral design principles and gamification strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.
