**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Game Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for driving the development of our new mobile games.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in game development and experience leading cross-functional teams. You will work closely with our Product Director and Chief Product Officer to develop and implement product roadmaps, leveraging real-time data and industry trends to inform your decisions.

You will be responsible for generating visions and ideas for new games, their market position, and features that are engaging and monetizable. You will also lead large-scale feature development for a cross-functional team from requirements and wireframes to launch and analyzing its impact.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement product roadmaps based on real-time data and industry trends
