About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pool Operations Manager to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of our facility management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pools and health club facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of pool lifeguards and facility staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
- Develop and implement effective pool plant systems and water quality management strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all patrons receive a high level of service.
- Collaborate with other facility managers to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in pool operations and management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate.
- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
- Current Pool Operations Certificate is desirable.
