As a strategic leader, you will oversee the day-to-day management and leadership of a campus. You will be responsible for providing guidance and supervision to staff and young people, working closely with the Area Principal and other team members.
The role requires strong organisational, administrative, communication, and leadership skills, as well as high-level collaboration and interpersonal skills. You will lead the campus culture under the four Principles of operation (Respect, Safe and Legal, Honesty, Participation) in a common-ground framework.
Additionally, you will have capacity to manage human, financial and physical resources to deliver high-quality outcomes. Your ability to provide trauma-informed practice and wellbeing support will help students achieve positive social outcomes and re-engagement in learning.
Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to lead learning and pedagogy to achieve quality learning outcomes for all students. Relevant teaching qualifications are desirable or to be undertaken.
