About the Role

This role involves working closely with families to plan and coordinate all aspects of the funeral service for their loved one. You will be responsible for guiding them through the process, offering solutions and providing support and guidance on the day of the funeral.

  1. Plan, coordinate and implement all aspects of the funeral service for a family, including informing them of various options available to honour their loved one.
  2. Work closely with the family from first contact, providing them with the necessary information and responding to their requests with service options and solutions.
  3. Implement the funeral plan on the day, direct the team and provide support and guidance for the family.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. A strong customer service ethos, with a focus on delivering exceptional service, problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
  2. A professional attitude, with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people.
  3. The ability to work effectively with grieving families and the deceased.
  4. Excellent communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
  5. Korean language skills desirable but not mandatory.
  6. A full unrestricted driver's license.
