This role involves serving as the first point of contact for patients, visitors and staff, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities include performing a range of administration duties, answering calls, typing and dictaphone skills, and coordinating with staff from other departments.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate record management systems, conducting follow-up requests and making reminder calls for visits, and completing clerical tasks such as data entry.
Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is highly desirable.
