  • Strong knowledge of Australian legislation regarding payroll (Awards, superannuation, PAYG).
  • Exceptional attention to detail with confidence handling employee data and complex calculations.
  • A process-oriented mindset with a track record of driving improvements.
Nice to Have:
  • Hands-on experience with New Zealand payroll legislation.
  • Familiarity with external vendor management in an outsourced or co-sourced payroll model.
