Energy Billings Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Clerk – Energy Billing professional to validate, process and reconcile large volumes of energy bills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in accounts, billing or energy sector roles (1–2 years preferred) and exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks.
This role requires high attention to detail and the ability to work with numerical data. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating and processing high volumes of energy bills across multiple clients and energy and water vendors.
The successful candidate will also ensure billing compliance with contract terms, usage data, and tariffs, and liaise with energy vendors to resolve discrepancies or disputes.
In this dynamic role, you will maintain billing records in reporting platforms like Envizi and identify and escalate billing anomalies or process inefficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Validate and process high volumes of energy bills across multiple clients and energy and water vendors.
