About the Role

As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based clinical services under the guidance of a highly trained and experienced leadership team. You will work collaboratively with enthusiasm to make a real difference in the lives of children and/or adults with developmental delay and/or disability.

The core responsibilities include:

  • Providing day-to-day clinical services within a multidisciplinary team
  • Clinical service delivery under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
  • Engaging in and leading clinical work that is guided by best practice principles
  • Developing and communicating ideas for innovation and improvement
  • Recognising and supporting cultural, spiritual and neurodiversity of customers
Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideally, you would have 5+ years of experience as a Therapist, with a Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy, and current professional membership with a relevant association.

In addition, you should have experience in supporting and mentoring others, and possess safety screening including WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
