About The Role

We're looking for a dedicated and people-focused professional to help us grow and retain our high-value membership base.

This role involves managing sales and service for premium membership categories, leading tailored campaigns, and overseeing key match day activations in premium member rooms.

You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with members, and driving engagement through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales and service operations for premium membership categories
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive growth and retention
  • Oversee match day activations and events in premium member rooms
  • BUILD Strong relationships with members to deliver exceptional customer experiences

About You:

We're looking for someone with a passion for sports or entertainment, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and customer service.

You should have a solid background in sales, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and possess the ability to think creatively and strategically.
