The RoleThe position of Membership Consultant involves prospecting, touring, closing sales, and obtaining referrals for future sales. The role requires actively seeking new business, representing the facility and Genesis positively and professionally.
The primary responsibility is to achieve individual and team goals set with the Membership and Club Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for health and fitness, and enjoy helping people achieve their goals.
Skills & Attributes- Passion for fitness
- Experience in a similar role
- Industry knowledge
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification
- Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check
- Experience in fitness, sales, customer service, or retail is advantageous
