Overview

As a seasoned leader, you will drive our Business Services team to provide exceptional tax compliance and advisory services to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of accounting professionals, fostering their technical and professional growth through hands-on leadership and mentorship.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, delivering tailored advice and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Implement process improvements and leverage technology to drive innovation and efficiency within the team.
  • Maintain the highest level of technical accuracy while ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory standards.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Completion of Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and taxation legislation, with the ability to lead and mentor others.
  • Commercial acumen and a strategic mindset, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Proficiency in modern accounting software and financial management systems.
