Heavy Diesel Mechanic Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Diesel Mechanic to undertake preventative maintenance and repairs for mobile equipment.

This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment with a strong focus on safety, continuous improvement, and professional development.

As a Heavy Diesel Mechanic, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of equipment including Sandvik, Caterpillar, and Epiroc machines. You will conduct effective diagnostics and fault finding to a high standard working within planned durations to minimize delays and maintain production targets.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Mechanics;
  • Experience on Underground Hardrock equipment;
  • A current QLD Drivers' Licence (Manual);
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role; and
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Our remuneration package includes a fly-in, fly-out roster from Brisbane or Sunshine Coast, 5 weeks annual leave, and an annual tool allowance.
