Restaurant Manager Opportunity

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive sales, food quality, and customer satisfaction. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management, including profitability, customer experience, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through effective inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotions
  • Ensure high-quality food and beverages are served consistently, meeting Red Rooster's standards
  • Monitor and control labour costs, inventory levels, and other controllable expenses
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on employee engagement and development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and relationships
