Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity.

The successful candidate will oversee a team of Engineers and Supervisors, responsible for delivering optimal project outcomes through effective project management, estimating and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, coordinate and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, including financial management, technical reporting and adherence to safety management systems.
  • Select and onboard delivery partners in conjunction with the Renewals Lead, commercial and safety teams.
  • Report on project and program performance and progress, developing solutions to issues compromising attainment of agreed performance targets.
  • Coordinate contributions to the tender process across projects to ensure the right inputs are gathered to respond to client requests.
  • Maintain and report on progress against schedules for the delivery of projects.
  • Develop project budgets, cost reports and forecasts, monitoring and controlling project costs.
  • Assist with the identification of potential hazardous site activities and ensure appropriate procedures and controls are implemented.
  • Lead effective relationships with Design Partners to provide critical input into the design of assets, ensuring value for money outcomes.

About You:
  • Cert IV or higher Project Management qualifications.
  • Leadership Qualifications (Cert IV Leadership & Management) highly regarded.
  • Experience in the water sector or civil construction is desirable.
  • Evidence of immunity or willingness to obtain vaccination to gain immunity to Hepatitis A & B.
