Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leaders to deliver tailored solutions aligned with school priorities.
  • Provide expert advice on performance management, workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations.
  • Lead lifecycle processes in collaboration with P&C Advisors and Administrators.
  • Conduct investigations and grievance resolution with fairness and transparency.
  • Coach leaders to foster team engagement, wellbeing, and performance.
  • Leverage HRIS and analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Mentor P&C team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and service delivery.
About You:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
  • Strong generalist HR experience with deep knowledge of employment legislation and modern awards.
  • Capacity to establish credibility as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence, negotiate, and build consensus.
  • High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a practical and strategic mindset.
  • Ability to lead change and deliver innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
