The role of Village Manager is a key position within our community, responsible for creating an exceptional living experience for our residents. A dynamic leader with operational management expertise, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the village, ensuring seamless maintenance and service delivery.

  • You have experience in operational management, property management, or a similar customer-focused industry.
  • Leadership skills and problem-solving attitude are essential, along with relationship management expertise.

We're looking for someone who can communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person. Compassion and empathy are vital, as well as resilience and problem-solving skills to handle challenges with confidence and care.

What You'll Do
  1. Foster a warm and welcoming environment where residents feel at home and supported.
  2. Manage daily operations and compliance, ensuring an outstanding resident experience.
  3. Be the friendly face that listens to concerns, solves problems, and makes sure our residents are happy, healthy, and thriving.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the village, including overseeing maintenance, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Assist in optimizing maintenance programs and managing capital works.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance, workplace health and safety, and effective administrative controls.
