Human Resources Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support across the HR function of the business, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, reference checking, job offering, and onboarding of new staff members.

  • Supporting hiring managers and recruitment consultants to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Providing guidance to new starters and their onboarding process, including HR documents, employment contracts, and recruitment guides
  • Assisting in performance management and keeping track of all employee records
  • Coordinating employee engagement activities and events
  • Providing administrative support to the HR department

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to make reasonable decisions. They will also be well-organized, able to multi-task, and meet deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or management
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a HR-related role
  • Knowledge and understanding of recruitment and HR practices
  • Strong level of communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to make reasonable decisions
  • Well-organized with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
