We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team, providing high-quality care and services to individuals who require support with everyday tasks.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Providing Personal Care and Assistance: Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including assisting clients with medication and mobility, preparing meals and snacks, and light cleaning and domestic assistance.

As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our team to provide high-quality care and services to our clients. We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant Qualifications: A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification;
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families;
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends;
  • Reliability: Reliable and punctual, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
