Assistant Golf Course Superintendent

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic golf course superintendent to join our team. This role involves general daily operation and management of the maintenance schedule, daily supervision of staff, and assisting with the implementation of projects and plans as directed by the course superintendent.

This is a full-time senior position that requires additional rostered weekend work. The successful candidate will be a qualified turf professional looking to make the step up in management.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A formal qualification (certificate III in Sports Turf Management) minimum.
  • Competency in the use of specialized golf course equipment.
  • An exceptional eye for detail and the ability to display initiative for continual improvement.
  • The ability to follow instructions.
  • A self-directed and can-do attitude.
