Emergency Veterinary Nurse Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Emergency Veterinary Nurse to fill this exciting position.

The ideal candidate will possess a Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent, a minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience, strong communication skills, and a team player attitude. They must also be flexible to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as part of a rotating roster, and have a passion for continuous education and upskilling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill and injured patients
  • Collaborate with our skilled veterinary team to deliver timely and effective emergency treatments
  • Monitor patients closely, administer medications, and assist with medical procedures as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
  • Offer support and guidance to pet owners during stressful situations
