Job Title: Digital Risk Leader
This is a key role in championing a risk and compliance culture across our Technology organization.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of an effective risk management framework that aligns with our enterprise risk management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a risk management framework that drives a proactive risk culture.
- Establish a risk and issue management process to identify, assess, and manage risks that can materialize across the value chain.
- Provide guidance on risk and issues to stakeholders ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment.
- Monitor and review risks and controls and contribute to the risk self-assessment process.
- Develop regular reports highlighting key trends, insights, and recommendations and define key indicators to measure effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging best practices and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and control assurance.
- Demonstrate a strong ownership mindset to progress work without direction.
