Job Title: Rehabilitation ConsultantAbout the Role

Nordwake supports a family of companies that operate within various sectors of personal injury management. Our product is a panel of allied health and medical specialists that provide assessment services to assist various stages of the personal injury lifecycle.

We serve a diverse customer base including insurers, lawyers, government agencies, and employers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals to return to meaningful engagement with their return to work.
  • Conduct assessments including initial needs, Assessment of Daily Living, Household Services, and MBIs.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor implementation of rehabilitation programs.
  • Work with clients within a biopsychosocial model to support achievement in safe and durable Return to Work goal.
  • Maintain quality and customer care while achieving or exceeding targets.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in rehabilitation, clinical, or occupational health settings.
  • Exemplary communication skills and ability to build relationships with a range of people.
  • Business initiative and motivation to achieve financial targets.
  • AHPRA registration and Comcare accreditation (desirable but not essential).
