As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will be responsible for:
Drafting and collating correspondence
Completing claim forms and drafting court documents
Filing documents electronically online
Liaising with clients and third parties
Providing general legal administrative support
Assisting with new client enquiries
Booking appointments and managing diaries
Qualifying enquiries in line with processes and procedures
Data entry using the CRM system
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will possess:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Personal Injury Paralegal role
A genuine intent to help people and achieve positive outcomes
Strong communication and client liaison skills
High-level organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
A collaborative team player attitude with a proactive and positive approach
Willingness to embrace technology and work electronically
