Job Overview:

This role involves providing HR support to operations across the NSW region. Key responsibilities include reporting and data management, payroll liaison, employee relations, generalist HR support, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting & Data Management: Generate and interpret Workday reports, prepare graphs, and analyse key HR metrics.
  • Payroll Liaison: Collaborate with the payroll team to support processing, salary increases, and bonus calculations.
  • Employee Relations: Manage day-to-day ER tasks such as performance letters, scripting, and supporting review processes.
  • Generalist HR Support: Lead onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration including performance documentation and contracts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and support HR project initiatives alongside business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a HR role (minimum 12 months), HRIS experience, and comfort working with data/reporting. They must also have excellent attention to detail and quality in documentation, as well as experience supporting performance or employee relations processes.
