Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies to improve morale, retention, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to foster a positive work environment.
  • Oversee daily HR operations: recruitment, employee relations, performance, training, compensation, and benefits.
Key Missions
  • Performance & Talent
    • Build talent pipelines and succession plans.
    • Advise managers on performance issues.
    • Plan and deliver training aligned with strategy and budget.
    • Promote skill development and leadership growth.
      • HR Business Partnering
        • Act as a relay for engagement initiatives.
        • Conduct and analyse surveys; propose action plans.
        • Support managers on HR policies.
        • Lead Group HR calendar activities.
        • Align HR budget with business roadmap.
        • Manage Workday system.
        • Collaborate with APAC/COE HR teams.
          • Talent Acquisition
            • Ensure recruitment meets Group standards.
            • Manage onboarding and offboarding.
            • Deliver HR induction to new hires.
              • Employee Relations
                • Update policies and procedures.
                • Handle conflicts, restructures, and HR documentation.
                  • Reporting & Payroll
                    • Liaise with payroll team and maintain HR data.
                      • WHS
                        • Act as WHS representative.
                        • Ensure compliance and deliver annual training.
                          • Diversity & Inclusion
                            • Promote inclusive culture through initiatives and training.
                            Key Collaborations

                            • APAC/Global HR/COE Team
                            Profile
                            • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
                            • 3+ years in HR (Generalist, HRBP, Manager).
                            • Knowledge of Australian employment law, Workday, ER/IR.
                            • Independent HR experience and multinational exposure (preferred).
                            • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
