Operations and Logistics Manager

The role of Operations and Logistics Manager is to implement and manage the maintenance, safety, quality, and project management systems within our organization.

About the Position:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance and operations schedule plan that includes all plant and equipment.
  • Manage, lead, consult, and coordinate a stone production program and schedule with the stonemasonry manager, highlighting stone production delivery times, capabilities, and resource planning.
  • Lead, assist, and consult in setting up tools/systems for preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly production plans.
  • Provide high-level support and oversee the functions to the HSEQ officer and administrative team.
  • Develop and maintain effective estimating tools and systems to ensure the effective use of data capture and experience.
  • Oversee the management of internal wages trade staff and provide support to the Construction Manager.
  • Work closely and in partnership with the Delivery Manager and Director.

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Portfolio development experience, including translating technical understanding into business and program delivery.
  • Quality Assurance and compliance systems management qualifications.
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift 25kg.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
