Core Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of mutual fund trading infrastructure and business processes.
- Work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced technical environment.
- Establish relationships with colleagues across functional groups to achieve team objectives.
- Support senior associates in conducting research and resolving client inquiries.
- Ensure timely completion of team deliverables, maintain accurate records, and update procedures as necessary.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 1-3 years in the financial services industry.
- Skills: Analytical mindset, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
